MODULE 2: INTRODUCTION TO EQ (09:15 AM – 10:00 AM)

Instructional Time: 45 Minutes

Description: Understand the science of the "Emotional Brain." We move beyond the buzzwords to explore why EQ is the #1 predictor of professional success and how it serves as the primary engine for effective decision-making.

BIO-BREAK (10:00 AM – 10:05 AM)

MODULE 3: THE FIVE COMPONENTS OF EQ (10:05 AM – 11:05 AM)

Instructional Time: 60 Minutes

Description: An in-depth exploration of the Goleman Model: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Internal Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skills. You will assess your baseline in each area to identify your unique growth opportunities.

MODULE 4: TOOLS TO GAIN CONTROL (11:05 AM – 12:05 PM)

Instructional Time: 60 Minutes

Description: This is where theory meets practice. You will learn real-time regulation tools, including evidence-based breathwork and mindfulness techniques, to shift from high-stress reactivity to calm, centered leadership.

MODULE 7: LUNCH & LEARN – MANAGING RELATIONSHIPS (12:05 PM – 01:05 PM)

Instructional Time: 60 Minutes

Description: Leadership is about connection. While dining, we focus on Social Management—navigating diverse personalities and using "Strategic Empathy" to foster a culture of belonging and high performance.

BIO-BREAK (01:05 PM – 01:10 PM)

MODULE 5: VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (01:10 PM – 01:40 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes

Description: Master the "Language of EQ." We dive into assertive vs. aggressive communication, the power of "I" statements, and how to deliver feedback that inspires growth rather than defensiveness.

MODULE 6: NONVERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (01:40 PM – 02:10 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes

Description: Over 70% of communication is unspoken. Learn to read the "room" and your own body language, eye contact, and tone of voice to build or break professional trust.

MODULE 8: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES (02:10 PM – 02:40 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes

Description: Change is hard; staying changed is harder. We build a Resilience Plan to help you navigate future triggers and organizational setbacks, ensuring your EQ growth continues long after the course.

MODULE 9: APPLICATION TO BUSINESS PRACTICES (02:40 PM – 03:10 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes

Description: Move from individual growth to organizational excellence. We apply EQ to business mechanics—including goal setting, team synergy, and the concept of behavioral communication styles in hiring.

BIO-BREAK (03:10 PM – 03:15 PM)

MODULE 10: BENEFITS OF EMOTIONAL AWARENESS (03:15 PM – 04:00 PM)

MODULE 11: MAKING A POWERFUL IMPACT (04:00 PM – 04:30 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes

Description: Refine your "Leadership Shadow." We explore the art of the first impression, maintaining executive composure, and the psychology of self-confidence to inspire others as a grounded leader.

MODULE 12: WRAPPING UP & LEGACY (04:30 PM – 05:00 PM)

Instructional Time: 30 Minutes
