About this Event
Eleven Detroit high school students spent months researching AI, data, and tech justice. On June 13, they're ready to share what they found.
Students from Cass Tech, Central, Renaissance, MLK, Farmington, and Eton Academy will present original research on topics ranging from algorithmic bias and data collection in marginalized communities, to how AI is reshaping learning, to the environmental cost of data centers. Formats include videos, workshops, a zine, a card game, and more.
This is a free, public community showcase. Come hear directly from young people who took this seriously.
