Project Yoga is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health and physical well-being in Greater Cincinnati’s underserved communities through trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. We believe in the transformative power of movement and breath to create a ripple effect of kindness, peace, and resilience.
Their programs are designed to nurture mental health, support physical well-being, and foster a sense of connection and belonging. By partnering with schools, shelters, social service organizations, and other community-based nonprofits, they bring accessible, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises to those who need them most.
Through this work, they empower individuals with life-changing coping skills that promote healing, build resilience, and support overall well-being—helping to create healthier, safer, and more thriving communities.
