GOCA is excited to host Destination Rest in the Marie Walsh Sharpe Gallery! Destination Rest is a community nap that invites you to rest, relax, and replenish, in the community and the arts. We’ll have a custom tea service, affirmation poetry, sound bath, and writing workshop. There will be gifts and door prizes! Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever sleep materials help you rest (pillows, bolsters, blankets, etc.) You deserve to care for yourself and restore. Rest is resistance and we can’t wait to collectively relax with you! This event is FREE and open to everyone, please register before hand by using the link or visiting entcenterforthearts.org
