Join Dr. Katrina Bouchard to bust myths and explore what science really says about desire in relationships.About this Event
About this Event
Desire is one of the most talked-about and misunderstood parts of sexual relationships. We’re surrounded by messages about what desire should look like, how how high it should be, and what it means when it changes. But how much of what we believe is actually backed by science?
Join us on Friday, March 6, 2026 for an engaging evening exploring key research on desire in long-term relationships with Dr. Katrina Bouchard, Director of the UBC Psychology, Health, and Sexuality (PHASE) Lab. This event will unpack how desire actually works and challenge common myths, just in time for International Women's Day!
What to Expect
An open, judgment-free conversation that blends evidence and fun facts. The evening will include an interactive presentation followed by an audience Q&A with options for anonymous questions.
