During this cozy afternoon, you’ll learn step by step how to create your own unique rug using a tufting machine.We’ll start with a short introduction where you’ll get to know the materials, tools, and techniques. After that, you’ll have time to practice until you’ve mastered the basic tufting techniques.
Next, you’ll draw your design onto the canvas and choose your yarn. Then it’s time for the real work!
After tufting, we’ll shear the rug. I will then apply glue to the back of your piece. Since the work needs time to dry, you won’t be able to take it home right away. I’ll finish it afterwards and frame it nicely. Within a maximum of three weeks, you can pick up your rug or have it shipped to you. Shipping to a Belgian address costs €10 per piece. International shipping is also possible, but different rates may apply.
