Design + Wellness Workshop: You & Your Space - A Vastu Perspective
Join us for an in-person experiential workshop where you will learn about the five elements influencing you & your space; how they enliven you & your surroundings; and help create a sense of well-being. The workshop delves into how you can achieve a healthy work/ life balance and adapt your space to support it. The participant comes away with the following knowledge & tools:
Theory: Understand the significance of the five elements for the well-being of you & your space: Water, Earth, Air, Fire & Space.
Yoga & Meditation: Practices to reconnect with the five elements within & around us.
Creative Tools: Envisioning & expressing the five elements through reading, writing, & drawing.
Technical Tools: Practically apply theory, experience, and vision to your space using the language of architectural plan, elevation, and perspective.
