This Friday, STACKT is bringing back its annual Design Collection - a must-see exhibit featuring 10 days of designer residences creative showcases and exciting entertainment. In partnership with DesignTo the event welcomes guests to explore incredible exhibits and boundary-pushing designs from 10+ local makers and designers from January 24 to February 2. With the cost of living putting pressure on so many Canadians STACKT is welcoming everyone to the collection free of charge.

Exhibitors of STACKT’s 2025 Design Collection:
- About Time: A collaborative exhibition exploring how the passing of time and changing of contexts alters our ideas using works of furniture lighting sculpture and interactive design
- Filamentous: Inspired by the daily rituals of the pandemic portraits hang in individual net canopies that chronicle seasons passed during lockdown
- Mapping Out Calm: A large-scale paper mural that explores the impermanence of life through water using a hand-stitched map made of lake water and pulp
- The Leg Table Project: Examines the allure and meaning of crossed legs
- The Spatial Series – Cube: A large LED installation designed to allow visitors to play with light as it moves through 3D space with nothing but their presence or to stand back and watch as it creates vibrant visualizations in real-time.
- DUSKSHAPED: Bad Graces: A selection of contemporary sculptural objects for the home using the most sustainable common building materials.
- Fluid Connectivité: Reflects on life and knowledge that our individual stories mesh into a wider expanse of flow and connectivity bringing expansion and understanding to our collective experiences.
