The age limit is 12 years-of-age (NO EXCEPTIONS); a waiver must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, complete a waiver, and get settled-in.

We will provide water and snacks since we DO NOT break for lunch.

Please come in work-out attire and shoes.
