Join us for a self-guided trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
For just $5.00 per person, your family is invited to join us at DMNS on December 29, from 9-5:00.
We will need to prepay the $5 to cover our tickets to the Infinity Theater T-Rex show, most likely to take place at 12:55, but I am waiting on the schedule for that to open.
I can collect payments via Zelle, PayPal or cash.
Field trips to DMNS are wonderful! We enter through a side door specifically designed for field trips. We are given a secure place to leave our jackets/coats and lunch boxes. As well as to return to eat lunch! The best part of all, is after checking in with the group at 9 am, you are free to explore the museum at your own pace and with your own family or friend group!
There is a cafe that serves salads, hot dogs, and pizza at a reasonable price and last time I was there you could buy drinks with free refills. You are also free to pack lunches from home and enjoy them in the school space.
The museum is open 9-5 on Monday Dec 29 and there won’t be other public school field trips, since they are on winter break at that time!
This is a great time to do this field trips because there are TWO special exhibits happening right now!! The Secret Life of Elephants and Brick Planet: A Magical Journey Made with LEGO Bricks are both free with our admission!
This field trip is definitely happening, numbers and minimums have already been met, but we’d love to share the opportunity with our homeschooled friends!!
