Denver Bike Fest 2026 Partner Registration

By registering as a partner, you’ll get the chance to showcase your work or mission, connect with local residents, and be part of the Front Range bike community.

We’ve worked hard to keep registration rates as reasonable as possible while still helping cover the increased costs of putting on a safe, fun, accessible event. Because this year's event is funded by donations and personal savings, we're asking partners to cover the additional ticket fees.

For social clubs, community groups/rides, and unofficial advocacy groups.

• 6' tabling space under Community Tent
• Share your mission, resources, or host an activity
• Must align with biking, safety, health, sustainability, or community-building
• Registration requires approval

For nonprofits organizations with bicycle-related work.

• Booth space for one 10'x10' tent, table, and chairs (not provided).
• May offer educational materials, swag, and outreach
• Demonstrations or workshops welcome
  

For government agencies with bicycle-related work.

• Booth space for one 10'x10' tent, table, and chairs (not provided).
• May offer educational materials, swag, and outreach

For bike shops, and bike-related businesses.

• Booth space for one 10'x10' tent, table, and chairs (not provided).
• Product and service sales allowed

For food trucks, carts, and prepared food vendors.

• Must meet all Denver food permitting requirements
• Power needs, truck size, and setup details required during registration
• 10'x10' space provided

• A 10'x20' Activity tent will be set up for demos, workshops, or activities needing additional space- all proposed ideas will be reviewed for approval
• Community groups will be placed together under multiple large tents with 6' tabling space
• By registering, you agree to follow all event guidelines and City of Denver regulations
