About this Class: Join us at the table and learn about the history, culture, and traditions of our star dish as you watch a step-by-step demonstration, led by our Scuola Chef. Then enjoy a multi-course menu featuring antipasto and the hero dish, as well as a curated wine pairing.
About this Dish: Pasta alla Carbonara is an iconic Roman dish made with guanciale (cured pork jowl), whole eggs and egg yolks, grated pecorino cheese, salt and pepper. A simple yet savory recipe that Romans are proud to call their own.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Roman pasta dishes
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta Carbonara
- Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as Pasta Carbonara
- Take home the menu and/or recipe(s) from the class
Please Note:
- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
- This is a demonstration style class, there is no hands-on component
- Seating is first-come, first-served
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
