About this Event
At the heart of the room, two bikes take centre stage. Working in pairs, participants will rotate through timed intervals on the bikes, progressively increasing resistance to build endurance.
Between cycling rounds, you’ll move through a series of strength and conditioning stations designed to complement your ride — think functional weights, core work, and full-body exercises.
No experience is required. Clear guidance and demonstrations will be provided throughout, and every exercise can be adapted to suit all fitness levels.
