About this Event
This transformative workshop is designed for individuals who have experienced racial discrimination in the workplace. The intention is to create a safer, supportive and joyous environment which invites open discussion, space for healing and personal discovery.
A variety of tools will be included during the workshop to nurture and nourish connection between attendees and encourages positive self-expression.

Brief Outline
Info: Throughout the session we will use the healing elements of sound. The intention is to create a space for restoration, relaxation and to rejuvenate your spirit.
At appropriate times during the session we will engage in gentle movements to support a positive connection with our bodies and release stored tension, pressure and unexpressed/suppressed emotions.
We will use the power of creative and guided journaling to explore your thoughts, feelings and memories. This process will use prompts to engage creativity, self-discovery and expression.
If weather permits, we will enjoy a refreshing walk in nature, connecting with our environment and our relationship with ourselves.
