Roru Baru, a new modern Japanese handroll bar in Wan Chai, transforms for a collaboration with Delia, a celebrated Mexican restaurant from Bangkok. From 24 to 25 April 2026 (Friday to Saturday), starting at 7pm, chefs Diego and Joe will serve up an exclusive 2-night tasting menu together.
Tickets start at HK$688 for this 10-course tasting menu that infuses the vibrant soul of Mexican cuisine with the precision of Japanese handroll artistry. The menu begins with the Dry-aged Yellowtail Aguachile and Masa Ebi Fry Handroll to the Wagyu Asada Taco, finishing with Soy-Caramel Flan. Diners can expect a journey of layered, bold flavours served front row at the bar.
