About this Event

Join us for our diastasis and pelvic floor workshop!

During this workshop we will be teaching you all about your core and pelvic floor recovery! We will start with basic information on diastasis recti. We will also take some time to check any participants for diastasis width, depth, and length.

Then we will host a 20 minute diastasis work out led by a BirthCo. rehab specialist. You will also get to try out the NeuX technology used in BirthCo.'s Defeat Diastasis Program that helps to re-stimulate core strength and coordination.

This group class is free to you! But your participation can also be used in place of a defeat diastasis consult ($175 value).
