Deeply Relaxing, Recharging & Chakra Rebalancing Candlelit, Sonic Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath in Wanstead with Palo Santo & Aromatherapy.
Come & join My Soul Spa for a January blues busting, rejuvenating & releasing candle lit sound bath in the Sanctuary in Central Wanstead.
Sound healing is rooted in ancient healing techniques, the vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body & spirt. The soothing & healing sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls will transport you into a deep state of relaxation & activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which in turn activates your body’s wisdom & ability to self-heal.
I will create a sacred & sensory space for deep relaxation, cleansed with Palp Santo & fragranced with a blend of relaxing oils. We will begin the session with a grounding meditation before you set off on your sound journey, with the sounds as your guide there is nothing for you to do but surrender, release & receive.
Let the harmonious sounds wash away stress & tension, transporting you to a deep state of relaxation.You’ll awaken feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, restored, & at peace.

Although Sound Healing is very gentle & therapeutic there are some health conditions where it’s recommended that you do not attend sound baths.

- 1st trimester of pregnancy
- severe mental health illness
Please Bring:
A Yoga Matt as you will be lying down, a pillow, blanket, an eye mask if you have one, any crystals you would like to work with plus anything else to make your space cosy & comfortable. Wear warm cosy clothing & Socks.
Doors will open at 7.15pm, please arrive then to create your environment.
Doors will close at 7.25pm so we can start on time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, late comers can’t be admitted.
The entrance to the Sanctuary is on the Grosvenor Rd.
There is free parking on the local streets, local tube stations are Wanstead & Snaresbrook.

I’m Claire the founder of My Soul Spa, I’m a fully qualified, CMA certified & registered Sound Healer, Usui Reiki Master, women’s circle facilitator, meditation & breathwork practitioner. My intention is to Hold a safe & supported space enabling you to heal, rebalance & reconnect with yourself. I combine my lifelong experiences & training to give my clients all the guidance they need, with the highest of intention, empathy & respect
My sessions weave together holistic practices, meditation, somatic energy healing, & embodiment. I support individuals to reconnect with themselves, rejuvenate, thrive, heal, & transform.
This is achieved by bringing balance back to the physical & energetic body, through the system & science of Sound Healing, Reiki, Breathwork & Meditation. I offer these practices individually or together; each one having a profound ability to facilitate wellbeing.
