Deeper Tones Sound Bath with Large Frosted Quartz Bowls, Gongs and Metal Bowls. These tones help the body to relax and are excellent at putting the body to sleep. They are also centering and help to draw one's scattered energy into a compact core within yourself and rest in that centering. You may find the body sinking into the ground as the tones penetrate your biofield. All sound baths will cleanse and re-harmonize your biofield as sound waves are essentially sacred geometry in nature. They work at the level of the etheric body and are great at clearing out everyday little negativities and troubles.
no added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, love & light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound and the vibrations in its purest, undiluted form.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need. Come in comfortable loose clothing and something to keep yourself warm if you find yourself easily chilled. Water for hydration.
