Resting gently in the AirCradle™ — a freestanding floating hammock designed to cocoon the body in comfort and support — allow yourself to be held in a deeply calming sound journey where grounding rhythms and crystalline vibrations guide the body and mind into rest.

The session begins with the warm, earthy tones of the Steel Tongue Drum — gently easing the nervous system, softening mental chatter, and inviting the body into a slower, calmer state. Its soothing melodic rhythms create a grounded foundation, preparing you to receive the deeper immersion of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls that follow.

As shimmering crystalline tones begin to fill the space, layers of stress, emotional tension and inner heaviness slowly start to melt away. The Alchemy Crystal Bowls radiate pure vibrational frequencies that create a feeling of spaciousness, softness and quiet inner clarity — like a deep exhale for the whole being.

• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene

• Arrive at least 20 minutes early — no late entry

• If unwell, please rest at home

• Minimum 5 pax to run

Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that make it uncomfortable to bend low to get into and out of the AirCradle™, please let us know as early as possible and at least 4 hours before the session. We will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner) or yoga mat for your comfort.
