Through a carefully curated sound journey using crystal bowls, gong, and subtle harmonic instruments, you’ll be held in a calming environment where the body can drop into rest. Sound works at a vibrational level, encouraging the release of tension and supporting the body’s natural capacity to rebalance.
Expect a gentle descent into stillness, followed by a grounded return - leaving you feeling clearer, calmer, and more settled.

What to Bring - please bring anything that will make you comfortable lying down for an hour, such as:
- ✨ Your own yoga mat (essential, no yoga mats provided)
- ✨ A blanket
- ✨ A pillow or cushion if you’d like extra support
- ✨ An eye mask to deepen relaxation

When to Arrive?
- ⏰ Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space and grab a warm drink.
- ⏰ Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.40 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
