This experience invites you into intentional breathing, slow somatic movement, and restorative yoga to help calm the nervous system, release held tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
The experience will begin with a quiet therapeutic group walk emersed in nature and begin with cacao to open your heart.
The experience is accessible to all bodies and welcomes you exactly as you are.
Expect a quiet, nourishing space to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself.
🍫 Heart-opening cacao will be offered as part of the experience.

About the Facilitator:
This workshop is guided by Nicole Ferris, NP / CaED, a Naturotherapist and the only certified Grof Transpersonal Trained Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitator east of Montreal, with over 25 years of experience facilitating healing work through breath and embodied awareness.
Nicole’s trauma-informed approach is rooted in the belief that each person carries an inner healing intelligence. Her sessions are guided with care, depth, and respect, creating space for restoration, insight, and meaningful transformation beyond words alone.
