About this Event
A Tranquil Live Looping Sound Journey for Rest, Reflection, and Inner Calm
Deep Listening: A Healing Live Looping Journey is an immersive live music experience blending original songs, acoustic guitar, psychedelic electric guitar, voice, live looping, guided meditation, gentle visualization, intentional silence, and sound bath textures.
Part concert, part meditation, and part cosmic sound journey, this evening is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the body. The music will move through spacious, tranquil, and subtly psychedelic textures: warm guitar tones, layered vocal harmonies, original live looping songs, and moments of stillness.
You are welcome to sit, lie down, close your eyes, or simply receive the experience in the way that feels best for you. There is nothing to perform and no right way to participate. Your main invitation is to listen, feel, breathe, and let the music guide your attention inward.
Led by singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and live looping artist Zack Paul Harris, this journey creates a gentle space for rest, reflection, nervous system support, emotional clarity, and inner connection.
What is Deep Listening?
Deep Listening is the practice of giving sound your full attention.
Instead of listening in the background, you are invited to listen with your whole body: the tone of an instrument, the space between notes, the feeling of vibration, the movement of your breath, or the way music shifts your inner state.
In this event, listening becomes a meditation: a way to quiet the mind, soften the body, and become more present with sound, breath, and sensation. Practices such as music listening, mindfulness, and deep rest are often used to support relaxation, nervous-system settling, and overall wellbeing, though this event is offered as a creative wellness experience rather than a promise of specific results.
