Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of deep rest, stillness and vibration.
Join Sound Facilitators / Reiki Masters Shon Ross (Inneflow), and Art.Magdalenagk for a 75 minute immersive sound experience, where the powerful resonance of the Gongs, singing bowls and sacred instruments gently guides you into a meditative state.
As waves of sound move through the space, the mind quietens, the body softens and nervous system begins to reset.
Together Shon and Magdalena create a beautiful intentional atmosphere where sound, presence and artistic energy combine to offer a deeply restorative experience.

A unique collaboration between two experienced facilitators blending their worlds of sound.
The historic surrounding of the Nuneaton Heritage Centre provide the perfect setting for this restorative evening of sound and healing energy.
To preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience the session is kept to a small number of participants, allowing the sound and energy to be fully felt.

Time: 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm (doors open 6.00 pm)
Investment: Early Booking Offer £22 pp, Standard £25.00 pp (plus Eventbrite booking fee).
On the night:
Mats will be provided, please feel free to bring your own for extra comfort though.
Bring a warm blanket or sleeping bag.
Bring pillows / cushions for under your head and legs.
An eye covering.
Water / herbal teas to drink afterwards will be provided.
Please note:
The event is pre-book only and is non refundable. It is for over 18's, 16 plus if with a parent.
A sound bath may not be for you if you are pregnant and in your first or last three months of pregnancy. Have a pacemaker, metal cochlear implants, or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Tinnitus, Labyrinthitis or Meniere's Disease. Please refer to your GP in the first instance.
