- ABOUT THE TEACHER-
Yoga has been part of my life for over 12 years—it is my daily ritual, my anchor, and my space for transformation. It is where I come to reconnect, to listen, to heal, and to grow—not only physically, but mentally and spiritually.
Through this practice, I’ve learned to move with my breath, to quiet the mind, and to return to the present moment. In a fast-paced world, yoga offers me a space to pause—a way back home to myself.
I have been teaching for nearly three years, and I step into each class with the intention of creating a safe and meaningful space. A space where you can reconnect with yourself, explore your inner world, and perhaps carry a sense of awareness and presence beyond the mat.
