The Bronze level (201 STR Class only) will include our real life examples and a deep dive into the math and numbers, management, and running of an STR syndication as well as things we've learned of what NOT to do. This should not be purchased by anyone NOT familiar with running a short term rental and syndications who has not taken the 101 class.

The Silver level (101 and 102 STR Class) will include the recording of the previous 101 class plus the live 201 class, which includes the calculations, formulas and data needed behind the scenes to run a successful STR syndication. You will also get a copy of both recordings.

The Gold level will include both classes (101 and 102) AND a copy of all of our sample documents--including: Our operating agreement (written by our attorney) , sample hold sheet, google sheet for tracking expenses, investor canva presentation and quarterly investor report plus our Amazon purchase list for setting up a new STR. You will also get a copy of both recordings.

The Platinum level includes everything in the gold level PLUS an hour of individual one on one time to run through the numbers of YOUR short term rental investment or syndication. (LIMITED OPPORTUNITY to the first 10 people).
