Decoding Digital Stress: Guiding Our Youth Through Anxiety and Technology

St. Luke's Parenting Center is thrilled to announce our fall event! On Sunday, September 14, from 4–5:30pm, we will welcome Dr. Chelsie N. Sargent, DPC, LPC-S as she walks us through her presentation, "Decoding Digital Stress: Guiding Our Youth Through Anxiety and Technology." Some of the topics she will guide us through include:
-Understanding generational divides and technology
-How to talk to your kids about anxiety
-Navigating technology and social media in your family
-Creating sacred spaces in your home for technology-free connection
