A fun and informal morning where you'll learn top tips on decluttering, smart home staging tricks, and how the process of selling your home in 2026 works. It's also a chance to browse the incredible Four Square - Edinburgh's Furniture Initiative showroom, pick up home style and design inspiration and hear about the incredible work they do to open doors to beautiful homes in our amazing city.

Whether you're prepping to move up the property ladder, buy for the first time, move your family home, rightsize your living space or just want some fresh home ideas, this FREE session is packed with practical advice and fun. All we ask is that you consider bringing an item you're keen to declutter from your home with you to donate to our wonderful Charity Partners and hosts Four Squre. This can be anything from an item of furniture, brick-a-brack, homewares, small electricals, books, unwanted gifts etc.
