About this Event
In this session, we move through a gentle aerial yin flow, using the hammock to support long-held, nourishing stretches. The fabric allows the body to soften gradually into each position, encouraging a sense of ease while safely exploring deeper release.
The pace is unhurried and mindful, with plenty of time to settle into each shape, breathe and allow the body to open naturally. This makes the practice particularly effective for easing tightness, calming the nervous system and reconnecting with the body.
As the session progresses, movement gently fades into stillness. You’ll finish with a long, supported relaxation in the hammock, giving the body space to absorb the effects of the practice while feeling held and cocooned.
This workshop includes:
- Slow, supported aerial yin stretches
- A focus on releasing tension and improving mobility
- A calm, grounding pace throughout
- An extended final relaxation in the hammock
