About this Event
Building on the partnership between CATA (Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions) and the University of Exeter, this session will highlight the main sustainability challenges in the Tourism/Food/Hospitality industry and look at ways to tackle these challenges.
We’ll be looking at:
- What the data shows - Where do emissions sit currently?
- What are the common challenges and hot spots?
- How can we tackle these challenges?
Venue: Daphne Du Maurier Seminar Room L, Penryn Campus (TR10 9FE)

- Workshop starts at 10am
- At 1pm, there is a free lunch and a chance to network

The University of Exeter are working in partnership with CATA and the wider tourism, food and drink sector to help organisations become more sustainable. There will be a number of workshops and additional 1-1 support.
This workshop is open to businesses working in the tourism, food and drink industry in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, with free lunch and refreshments provided.
