Introducing our Dynamic Pilates Barre class!
This class takes traditional elements from both disciplines and turns them into an extraordinary fitness experience. Get ready to move your body through graceful ballet-inspired movements, all while challenging your core, enhancing flexibility, and boosting your endurance.
Both Grace & Char (your teachers) are trained in both ballet and Pilates. They'll infuse every class with infectious energy, creating an atmosphere where you can’t help but love and dig deep! Discover our dynamic exercises that will have you engaging muscles you didn't even know you had. It's not just a workout – it's a dance session that leaves you feeling empowered and invigorated.
Please look after your body, and take it at your own pace, bearing in mind you may feel different each day. Please follow adaptations if needed, please take responsibility for your own body. Enjoy!

All adults! There are plenty of adaptations and levels to choose from. We welcome all levels of fitness (although not suitable with people with acute injuries)
