You are invited to a very special event on the eve of the New Moon in Pisces. Let's create magick together through ritual and dance, harnessing the healing properties of the dark moon and the dreamy sign of Pisces. The vibe of the evening is vintage glamour and timeless elegance, so feel free to dress to impress!
Explore slow, sensual, serpentine movements that feel delicious in the body, and some bold sassy hips! Learn how to exude a aura of glamour and demure charm in a choreography to the song 'I Put A Spell On You' by Nina Simone with a classic stylisation, in ode to a by gone era. We will explore how to craft an enchanting illusion of glamour, allure and magnetic presence.
We start the evening with embodied practice, connecting to the dark, velvety cosmic womb of the Goddess, and allowing what no longer serves us to dissolve into her obsidian starry night sky.
We will also explore the traditional magical practice of burning a black candle at the Dark Moon, setting our intention to remove what no longer serves us from our life.
Finish the evening with mugwort and rose tea and vegan chocolate truffles made by Shilly!
Suitable for all levels of dance experience.
