About the Facilitator
Sasha Leah Adina is a half-Russian, half-Ukrainian Jewish woman who has lived through two wars in the past three years, giving her a profound personal connection to the topics of death and grief. As a co-founder of a female-run business, a columnist for *The Psychologist* magazine, and the author of over 50 articles, she has dedicated her career to educating others about these vital subjects. Over the past three years, Sasha has taught more than 2,000 people, offering guidance and support through her lectures, writings, and workshops.
