At Death Café we enjoy refreshments and talk about death. Our aim is to increase our own awareness of death and to provide an opportunity to talk openly about a sometimes taboo subject. This helps people make the most of their (finite) lives. A Death Café is a group-directed discussion about death with no agenda, objectives, or themes.
You are welcome to participate if you are currently in mourning, but this is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.
