Join us for the AEE Northwest 2026 Regional Conference!
This year’s theme, Expanding Horizons in Experiential Education, brings together outdoor professionals, educators, therapists, and experiential leaders for a weekend of learning, connection, and inspiration. Explore workshops across four tracks: Outdoor/Camps, Education, Therapy, and General, while enjoying the beauty, trails, and quiet retreat atmosphere that make the Cispus Learning Center such a special gathering place.
Our regional gatherings are designed to bring together AEE members and non-members alike to connect, learn, reflect, and grow in a collaborative learning environment.

📍 Getting There
Address: Cispus Learning Center, 2142 Cispus Rd, Randle, WA 98377.
Pro Tip: Your GPS might try to lead you down logging roads—ignore them! Stay on the main roads and make sure you go through the city of Randle to reach the center.
Arrival: Head straight to the Main Hall to check in once you arrive.

Early Arrival: Want to settle in on Thursday night? Dorm lodging is available for an extra $40. Email Brian Brandt ([email protected]) to snag a spot.
Sunday Lunch: If you’d like to build a sack lunch for the adventures or your trip home on Sunday, email Brian by March 17th.
🎒 Packing Checklist
Dorm Dwellers: Don’t forget your bedding (sleeping bag/sheets, pillow), towels, and toiletries (including soap!).
The Fun Stuff: Bring a camp chair, books or games to share, and your musical instruments.
Silent Disco: Remember to pack your headphones for the disco! 🎧
