About this Event
Each session will include two short readings suitable for children aged 6 to 10 years and a chance to chat to the writers, plus a range of craft activities. The writers will also share books that have inspired them on their creative journeys.
The sessions take place in the Dear Library exhibition space, where families can explore displays about the power of books and the value of libraries across the country.
Spaces are limited. You can book tickets in advance, with a small number of tickets available on the day. Younger and older siblings and family members are welcome to join, but the readings will be most suitable for primary aged school children.
Why not bring along your own favourite books to show us on the day?
In collaboration with Edinburgh City of Literature.
