Discover the Midtown You Thought You Knew!

Join NYSN founder Dave Cervini for a fun and fascinating stroll through Midtown Manhattan, from 34th Street to Rockefeller Center. Along the way, you’ll uncover the rich and surprising history of this iconic stretch of New York—complete with vintage photos showing NYC then and now. If you don’t say, “Oh wow!”at least once during the tour, we’ll refund your money!



How It Works:
  • Limited to 20 participants
  • Meet at the corner of 8th Avenue & 31st Street at 6:30 PM sharp
  • Tour duration: Approx. 2 hours
  • After the tour, feel free to stick around and socialize with the group in a nearby pub.

Highlights Include:
  • The lost grandeur of the original Penn Station
  • Stories of Macy’s, Herald Square, and the Empire State Building
  • The transformation of Broadway from 34th to Times Square
  • Hidden history of Bryant Park, its old reservoir, and even a forgotten graveyard
  • Avenue of the Americas, elevated trains, and how they shaped the area
  • Secrets of Radio City, Rockefeller Center, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral
