Whether you're new to DBT, have an identified mental health disorder or no, this group is perfect for anyone seeking to improve their focus, emotional well-being and relationships. The group will run for 12 weeks online, every Thursday night from 6:30pm-8pm. The cost of the group is $850 total. Sign up now to secure your spot in the group as the numbers are limited.
