Free Depression / Bipolar Support Group !
A free weekly support group no registration required hosted for diagnosed individuals and loved ones of those diagnosed with a mood disorder.
Doors open at 6:30 PM and the support group meeting is held from 7:00 to 8:30 PM every Monday. There are no meetings on bank holidays.

Welcome to Depression Bipolar Support Tampa Bay, Inc., an all-volunteer-run 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, education, and resources for individuals diagnosed with major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and other affective (mood) disorders. We also extend our care to family members and friends who are seeking understanding and support on this journey.
As you enter the meeting, you will be greeted with open arms and a welcoming atmosphere. Our priority is to ensure that guests and new attendees feel at home right from the start. If you prefer to simply listen and observe, that's absolutely fine. We never pressure anyone to participate unless they are comfortable doing so.
The meeting begins with a brief introduction where we go over our guidelines. This sets the tone for an inclusive and supportive discussion. Afterward, everyone is given the opportunity to share how they are doing, talk about any updates in their lives, or discuss any topic they wish to explore within the supportive space.
