Join Siward Mullens and myself at wonderful Trigonos. We will have a morning yoga class to live music, an exploration of Mantra and Japa practise, and a session learning about the different mantras and their meanings.
We will finish the day with a Kirtan. Siward will lead you through a round of ancient Sanskrit chants songs and silences. Inviting you to relax, centre, meditate and delve deeper into stillness.
Mixing Indian and western instruments and styles, handing out drums and percussion as we go. Part celebration, part meditation, dance and drum - whatever feels good in the moment!
