Join Us in Retreat Saturday January 25th 10am-4pm at Beverly Unitarian Church.

We will alternate guided sitting, walking and silent sitting meditation. Dharma talk, light yoga stretch and tea breaks throught this transormative day long. We will honor noble silence while in retreat.
