You will also be able to apply simple concepts to your everyday with tips & tricks--knowledge which you could easily incorporate into your unique lifestyle!
Parthena has spent time in India learning from lineage holders and has almost 2,000 hours of documented professional study here in the U.S. She has professionally worked with hundreds of clients across the country and has stories to share from decades of helping folks just plain feel better.
Saturday, March 28 – 10:30 – 3:30 (includes a one-hour lunch break) Learn about the history of Ayurveda, what a dosha is, how agni is balanced and why it should matter to you. Learn how to apply Ayurvedic wisdom in guilt-free practices.
Sunday, March 29 – 11:00- 4:30 (includes a one-hour lunch break and your individual Ayurvedic tongue and pulse assessment.) Day two we will explore ways to balance our mental, physical and spiritual systems through yoga postures, food and beverage choices. You will learn how to design your own personalized Ayurvedic routine which you will be able to implement right away.
All participants receive a complimentary Ayurvedic pulse and tongue assessment, and a hardcopy workbook.
Parthena Rodriguez, A.H.P.; B.S.; M.A.; RYT 200 is recognized as an Ayurvedic Practitioner by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. She has trained in the U.S., has experienced Ayurvedic treatments and body therapies in India with her teachers, worked as an Ayurvedic body therapist and Ayurvedic counselor, and has taught Ayurveda in yoga teacher trainings in Florida, Oregon, and North Carolina.
