Our Wednesday night DateinaDash present at The Rhum Tavern in Oxford Circus — a lively, pirate-themed cocktail bar hired exclusively for our event.
We host the night in a private area away from the main bar, complete with table service and all the quirky, nautical charm The Rhum Tavern is known for. It’s a fun, vibrant and memorable setting for meeting new people.
This event is designed for ages 30–45, and you can expect to meet 15–20 guests (an equal mix of men and women) in 4–5 minute dates, with a short interval halfway through for refreshments.
Speed Dating begins promptly at 8pm, so we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be able to take part.
Your host will explain how everything works and provide you with a scorecard and pen. Women remain seated while men rotate every four minutes. After each mini-date, simply mark on your card or mobile whether you’d like to meet that person again.
Halfway through the evening, we’ll break for 15 minutes, giving you time to grab a drink — maybe even one of The Rhum Tavern’s signature rum cocktails.
Once the event ends, you’re welcome to stay, mingle, and soak up the pirate-themed atmosphere.
The following day, you’ll receive an email with your matches and can message anyone you’ve connected with through our website.
