Whether you're new or experienced, come ready to relax, rejuvenate, and melt away stress with love and positive intentions. Don’t miss out on this unique journey. If you are a seasoned practitioner of the MELT Method, please bring your own MELT Method soft roller. Everyone else: please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, sheepskin or sleeping pad, blanket, pillow, and water. DONATION BASED.
