WHAT TO EXPECT
Join Virginia and Adrian for this morning ritual and practices honouring the spring equinox. We will gather in Princetown and walk to Kings Tor (approximately 45 minutes) before sharing a ritual and practices to honour the spring equinox.
Practices include Yogini movement and eco soul experience.
Yogini movement
The land we stand upon is viewed as a feminine force, mother nature. This practice honours the divine feminine energy with flowing, fluid, gentle and intuitive ways of moving and easing into the body, as well as connecting with the land and the elements around and within us. We may also use sound during the practice. This approach to moving the body is very adaptable and suitable for all levels of experience and ability.
Eco Soul Experience
A guided process of connecting to the deeper realms of nature and the elements through observation, the soul senses, and an awareness of self within the landscape. You will learn how to engage and use nature as a living metaphor to show and guide you how to be more conscious and connected to what’s going on in your life.
