The Dark Dance Sing-along is two sessions over hours of vocal & dance freedom in total darkness. One of our biggest evets of the year it is set to be an amazing night! Expect a huge dance floor, big sound, and a mass assembly of the best and worst singers Auckland has to offer.
We take a step back from our dance focused event for this decadent and special night. We'll be laying out famous tracks so you can sing at the top of your lungs. Every year we get a heap of people and blow the roof off the library hall!
Please arrive before 7pm as we LOCK the doors as the first tune drops - OR come at 8pm and enter during the break.
What to bring:
- Water
- Comfortable dancing shoes
- $10 cash or your multi-trip card
- A minimum of belongings and no valuables
- No drugs or alcohol
- A big smile
This event is in DARKNESS but we do not tolerate creepy behavior.
Creeps stay home! If you're worried about the way someone is acting please report this to our crew - your safety and enjoyment is our top priority. We always bring a first aid kit but we've never used it!
All are welcome but we ask that you are over 16 if you come along
because we don't sensor songs for the kids.
Please make sure you arrive ten minutes before the session time to
avoid being locked out; the doors automatically lock when they close
and we can't hear knocking once the music starts.
From time to time we reach capacity and can't fit everyone in, so
please arrive on time with everyone you are planning to party with to
avoid disappointment.
