About this Event
This class is perfect for those who are looking for technical training with a twist. Led by professional choreographer ' Olivia Beckford ' who is of Jamaican and British heritage, she combines her two worlds to create a style that will not just challenge you physically but force you to tap in to your versatility and groove.
The workshop is open to all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced but will be carried out at an intermediate level so dancers of all levels can enjoy - whether you have years of experience or months, this class is open to YOU!!
Here's a basic run down of the 2 hours:
15 MINS - BALLET TECHNIQUE WARM UP
15 MINS - DANCEHALL GROOVES
75 MINS - DANCEHALL BALLET COMBO
15 MINS - FILMING (OPTIONAL FOR ATTENDEES)
16+ Please note music will not be clean or child appropriate.
