Dance Medicine: Ecstatic Dance Dunedin welcomes you exactly as you are, and invites you to the ritual of being wholly with the body, the people, the music & the dance that comes through you, in the global tribal tradition of ecstatic dance.We dance in bare feet - no shoes, no booze.
The music starts off slow, then speeds up, then slows down again, like a wave.
This is a time to enjoy the empowerment and release of dance in a non-judgemental space.
Dance Medicine is facilitated by Jasmin Amrita and other special guest facilitators.
