This unique workshop combines the vibrant energy of dance and free movement with the soothing resonance of a gong bath, creating a deeply restorative experience for mind, body, and soul.
We begin by dancing through the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — to awaken, balance, and harmonize these natural forces within the body. Through rhythm, breath, and emotion, we move with the qualities of each element — grounding, flowing, igniting, and expanding.
Then, we surrender into stillness as waves of gong vibrations wash over us. The sound healing session helps to integrate the balanced, harmonious energy we’ve cultivated through movement, bringing deep relaxation, alignment, and peace.
No prior experience in dance or sound healing is needed — just bring your open heart, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
