Dance For Mental Health Awareness
Come join us at Play Studios and have a blast in this fun and upbeat Dance Class! Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned dancer, this class is all about having fun while learning some seriously cool moves.
We’ll dance to the latest hits, classic bangers, and everything in between! You’ll pick up easy-to-follow choreography, learn fun routines, and let loose with a group of awesome people. No pressure, just pure joy and positive vibes as we dance, laugh, and enjoy every beat.
Come for the moves, stay for the vibes—this class is all about letting go, building confidence, and, most importantly, having fun on the dance floor!!
Yoga will follow after dancing. Please bring a mat for a 45min yoga session. After yoga, there will be time for connection & networking. Can't wait to Catch That Vibe with all of you!!
