Dance Fitness x Honour Coffee

Info: Join us for a high-energy outdoor dance fitness pop-up combining easy-to-follow movement, cardio, strength-based fitness, and music you actually want to move to. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, this class is designed to be fun, empowering, and approachable for all comfort and experience levels.
Class runs from 6–7 PM followed by optional social time from 7–8 PM at Honour Coffee & Raw Juice. Come move with us, meet new people, and enjoy a fun night out in the community.
